“Mahabharat” actor Mukesh Khanna has attacked Adipurush and its creators in a new YouTube video. The actor said: ‘There’s nothing more disrespectful to the Ramayana as Adipurush’s. Om Raut appears to be ignorant of “Ramayana” and on plus there’s the great Buddhijeevi’s writer Manoj Muntashir Shukla, who transformed our Ramayana into the ‘Kalyug’.’ Mukesh further said that the film was a “bhayanak mazaak’ based on Ramayana as well as was critical of the way in which certain characters were depicted.
