The long-awaited Oppenheimer movie, based on biography of the scientist J Robert Oppenheimer, was launched on the Friday of 21 July. Prior to the film’s launch, the public was contemplating what the director of the film, Christopher Nolan, would include in his film, which focuses on the scientist who invented the first atomic bomb. But, what people didn’t expect was Cillian Murphy in the role of Oppenheimer listening to the Bhagavad Gita in sexual relations.
In addition to the captivating leading cast featuring Cillian Murphy, and Florence Pugh, ‘Oppenheimer’ features a cast that includes a variety of star actors which include Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr., Rami Malek, Kenneth Branagh, Benny Safdie, Dane DeHaan, Jack Quaid, Matthew Modine, Alden Ehrenreich Josh Peck, Jason Clarke David Dastmalchian Alex Wolff, James D’Arcy and many other accomplished actors.
Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning biography “American Prometheus: the triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer” written from Kai Bird and the late Martin J. Sherwin, Oppenheimer’s film hit the theaters on July 21st in 2023.
